Delivery Process
Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.
Scheduling Delivery: Our team will contact you within 24 hours to schedule your delivery. We offer flexible delivery windows to accommodate your schedule.
Delivery Day: Our professional delivery team will, depending on services selected, ensure your furniture arrives safely and is placed in your room of choice. We will also remove all packaging materials.
What to Expect on Delivery Day
- Delivery Window: We will provide a 3-hour delivery window so you can plan your day accordingly.
- Furniture Placement: Our team will place your furniture in the room of your choice and handle any assembly required. (possible additional charge)
- Packaging Removal: We will take away all packaging materials, leaving your home clean and ready to enjoy your new furniture. (only with assembly services selected)
Preparing for Your Delivery
- Clear the Pathway: Ensure that the delivery path from the entrance to the room is clear.
- Measure Your Space: Double-check that your new furniture will fit through doorways, hallways, and in the desired space.
- Pets and Children: For safety, please keep pets and children in a separate area during delivery.
Changes and Cancellations
- Changing Your Delivery Date: If you need to reschedule your delivery, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.
- Order Cancellations: We follow Amazon's return and cancelation policies.
Damaged or Missing Items
- Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please report it to our delivery team immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement.
- Missing Items: If any items are missing from your delivery, contact us within 24 hours, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
